Constructed of gilded tombak with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular oak leaf wreath, with a central black enameled mobile swastika on a white enameled disc, within a red enameled ring bearing an inscription of NATIONAL SOZIALISTISCHE D. A. P. (NATIONAL SOCIALIST GERMAN WORKERS PARTY), the reverse with a vertical pinback, stamped with a NSDAP membership number of 50424, maker marked JOS.
