It is made in Oaxaca, Mexico according to the traditions of artisanal mezcal production using a Tahona stone mill pulled by a horse and double distilled in a copper still. Notes of herbal smoke, resin and clay. Pair with moles, spicy seafood, carnitas or habanero salsa and tortilla chips. The artwork was created by Carlos Zerpa, one of the
