Footnote: Otto Kumm (October 1, 1909 March 23, 2004) was a commander of the Waffen SS during the Second War. He was a recipient of the Knights Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords. Following the war, he was a founding member of the HAIG, a revisionist organization of former Waffen SS members.
