Constructed of a green cotton rayon blended cloth, the exterior bearing a dyed black inscription of BAN U. STRTRUPP in Fraktur script, flanked by a partially legible stamp reading POLIZEIPRSIDIUM NRNBERG, otherwise unmarked, measuring 21. 5 cm (l) x 11. 5 cm (w), demonstrating minor fading, in near extremely fine condition.
