Germany, Luftwaffe. A Pilot’s Badge, Unmarked Friedrich Linden Auction maker marked “RZM M9/32 -(Flugzeugfhrerabzeichen). Constructed of silvered tombac, the obverse presenting with a swooping Luftwaffe style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, within an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, with two rivets holding the eagle in place visible, unmarked but bearing the physical characteristics of manufacture by Friedrich Linden, Ldenscheid, measuring 65. 70
