A lovely Grand Officers Breast Star, in silver, featuring eight faceted arms with large ball finials, the central medallion in Gold presenting the white enamel cross with Savoy knots in the quadrants, the lombardy crown on a blue enamelled field encircled by a Gold ring, the reverse of the star presenting a vertical pin assembly, reverse cartouche of S.
