A silver gilt oval medallion with clusters of three enamelled cherry blossoms forming the four points of a star, center obverse presenting a silver gilt ancient Japanese Imperial Crown on an enamelled blue background, reverse plain. The obverse medallion is encircled by two rings set with small pearls, several missing. There is a green
