Constructed of a black rayon blend, the exterior trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with machine embroidered silver grey tresses, bearing a central machine embroidered silver grey inscription of TECHNISCHE NOTHILFE (TECHNICAL EMERGENCY HELP) in Fraktur script, the reverse plain, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 405 mm (l), in extremely fine condition.
