Vibrant notes of grapefruit, lime, and white florals, balanced by a tangy acidity and harmonious interplay of fruit, oak, and malolactic nuances. The palate is full of flavour textural and stone fruit driven, yet tightly wound with a core of tangy natural acidity to finish. Chardonnay is recommended to be served between 10 13C and will pair excellently with soft cheeses, seafood and
