Nose: Lemon cheesecake, (yellow) Jelly Babies, butterscotch, barley, butter and cinnamon. Palate: Lots of grain, starting sweet and slowly turning spicy and gently sour. With that comes buttered toast, layered with grape jam, nutmeg, clove, lemon zest and fruit
